About Best Day Ever Ice Cream Truck

Best Day Ever Ice Cream Truck is a family-owned business based in Monmouth County, NJ.  Run by Kathy and her teenage son, Matthew. What started as a way to spend time together turned into a thriving dessert truck that serves up sweet memories across Monmouth County.

After owning a local salon for 30 years, Kathy traded brick-and-mortar for something more mobile (and delicious). She and Matthew now work side by side, scooping hand-dipped ice cream, creating custom sundaes, and making every event feel like the best day ever.

You’ll find them at birthdays, weddings, employee appreciation days, school fundraisers, and community events—rain, shine, or even snow. Open year-round, they also offer winter treats like hot chocolate bars, warm cider, and seasonal sweets to keep the party going in every season.
